On the page that opens, provide your First and Last name along with an email address. (any email address can be used)
Then click the Join Now button.
In the box that opens, click the Join Event button. You will be taken into the meeting.
Bring the mouse pointer to the bottom of the page to view the navigation buttons.
Click the Participants button to view the list of participants.
To view a list of all the other attendees, click the View all attendees… link in the participants list.
To raise a hand during the meeting, click the hand icon in the lower-right corner of the Webex window. (for use during public comments)
If the meeting becomes open for public comments, make sure to press the microphone button to un-mute your microphone. (The left-most button among the navigation buttons)
