All images contained within this website (with certain exceptions, see below) belong to the City of College Park. Use of these images without the explicit written consent of the City's Office of Communications is expressly prohibited. All users should assume that City owned images are copyrighted to the extent permitted by law.
Non-City owned images used with permission within this website:

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO ON CITY PROPERTY OR AT CITY EVENTS/PROGRAMS
The City of College Park may photograph or video participants in public programs and special events, or people on City parks or property, and use these images and footage in City materials to promote the City, activities, programs, events, or facilities. Use of these images does not require the consent of the participants due to the public nature of the program, event or location.
Images and video footage may be used by media representatives to illustrate coverage of the City and its events, activities, programs, properties or facilities only with express prior written consent by the City of College Park. All potential users should assume that City owned images are copyrighted to the extent permitted by law. All City produced photos and video footage are owned by the City of College Park. The City photos and video footage are not made available for commercial or private sector marketing, advertising, endorsements, trade or sales.
PHOTO/VIDEO REQUESTS
To request permission to use a City photo or video footage, please contact the City’s Communications Coordinator via email at cpcommunications@collegeparkmd.gov identify the exact photo, and include a detailed description of the purpose and use for the photo, where and how the photo will be used or displayed, and for the total duration of use. The City reserves to the right to reject any request.
